Email

Include the email on your Present account and a short description of what you tried. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens.

Export or delete my data — signed-in Account page, or email us from the address on the account.
Google connect issues — during beta, Google OAuth stays in testing mode; your Google account may need to be allowlisted. See Google data.
Reminder emails — sent from reminders@send.presentagent.vip when an occasion is within about two weeks and Planning assistant is enabled under Account → Agent permissions. Check spam and that the occasion has a date.
