These terms cover the Present web app at context.presentagent.vip (“Present”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Present helps you keep private notes about people you give gifts to — interests, avoids, occasions, gift ideas, and reminders. It is provided as a beta product and may change, pause, or end without notice.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email you control.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not use the service to store unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to access another account’s data.
Your content
You own the notes and profiles you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Present for you (including optional AI extraction/ideas and planning workflows you explicitly enable).
Connected services
If you connect Google, you authorize the scopes listed on Google data. You can disconnect at any time. Google’s terms also apply to that connection.
Agent permissions
Recommendations only is the default. Planning assistant is a separate, reversible opt-in under Account. It does not grant permission to make purchases, send email as you, write to Google, or approve imported clues.
No professional advice
Gift ideas and briefs are suggestions generated from the information you provide. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during beta. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost gifts, missed occasions, or third-party service outages (auth, email, AI, hosting).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, risk, or product shutdown. On delete, we remove application data as described in the privacy policy.
